We exist to Call the people of Washtenaw County to worship the Lord Jesus Christ and Connect them together to serve Him.
We offer two Sunday morning worship services, one blended and one contemporary. These services are designed to lead you into a powerful experience with God in the Bible. Click here to read more about our Sunday worship services.
Each of our Sunday morning worship services features well-staffed, well-structured children’s ministries which teach the Bible to kids in an exciting, fun way. Click here for more information about our Sunday Children’s Ministries.
Our Senior Pastor is Brian Jones and he is the person you are most likely to hear preaching when you visit on Sunday. We believe in preaching through entire books of the Bible, one paragraph at a time.

In addition to our Sunday worship services, we offer Sunday school for adults and children at 10:30 a.m. We also offer AWANA, a great teen ministry, and helpful Bible instruction on Wednesday nights.
Pick a Service to Attend
We offer two Sunday morning worship services: 9 A.M. and 11:30 A.M. Both services hear the same sermon and offer the same options for children’s church and nursery.
The 9 A.M. Worship Service—Blended
Do you praise God through contemporary worship songs and classic praise choruses? Do you enjoy singing a hymn or two on Sunday morning? Is your heart drawn to worship when you hear choir and special music? This service might be the one for you. Join us this Sunday at 9 A.M.
The 11:30 A.M. Worship Service—Contemporary
Do you enjoy high energy, up-to-date praise and worship music backed by electric guitars, keyboard, and drums? This service might be the one for you. Join us this Sunday at 11:30 A.M.
For Children
Infant & Toddler Nursery
During both of our Sunday worship services, we offer a clean, well-staffed nursery for infants and toddlers. Infants and toddlers are kept in the same room, but in separate areas with separate workers for their saftey. Your child will be cared for in a safe, fun place while you are free to worship and learn with us. You may bring your child to the nursery before the service and pick him or her up when the service is over. We will also provide you with a pager so that you can be reached if your child has a special need during the worship service.
Children’s Church
Calvary Bible Church offers a service for children ages 5 to 6th grade where they can hear God’s word on a level they will understand. Children in this age group start out in the worship service with their parents, and are dismissed to children’s church after our first set of worship songs. Our leaders on stage will let you know when children are dismissed and you will see a slide on our projection system telling you where the children are going. Your kids will enjoy and benefit from this special time for them as much as you will enjoy worshipping and learning God’s word in the main worship service.
